I am in the process of replacing my ewc-st-3e to a ncm300. I am using the same power supply, all wires às recommended, however I can't get the compressor/air conditioner to work! I can bypass thermostat , it kicks in but shuts off anger one or two seconds. When input it back on my old board it works...
