The redlink gateway is a Honeywell system. We offer no support for that aspect of the product. If you visit Youtube and search for "redlink gateway" you can find several videos. Perhaps one of them may help.

Currently the only network device we offer is the IZT, http://www.ewccontrols.com/netstats.htm . It is a thermostat so your options are limited to controlling the zone where it is installed. It requires Internet access for any network applications since it communicates directly with the manufacturer...

Give EWC Controls a call at 1-800-446-3110. Select sales from the menu. Tell the salesperson your situation. They can enter your location into the database and give you the location and phone number of the closest distributor.

Unfortunately, no, we only sell the assembled motor. The only option available is to add a secondary cover to act as a dust cap.
