Story: I have a 2 story house in Florida that has 2 AC units and 4 zones. The big unit controls 3 zones. I believe it was 2005 when one of my MA-ND3 units failed and I called EWC for support. I spoke to a person by the name of Brian (I think) Anyway he was very helpful and supportive and told me the units have a history of failure but have a 5 warranty and to send it back for replacement. He sent me an MA-ND4. I installed it and everything was fine. Less than a year later, another MA-ND-3 failed. Again he swapped me an ND-3 for an ND-4. It is now 2010 and the 3rd and final one has failed. Can I get a swap for this one as well? The ND-4's have been working flawlessly for years.

Just wanted to say thanks for closing this issue. The new damper controller has been working great for 4 months.
