My UZC3 was replaced under warranty with a NCM300 by my dealer. Your catalog lists UZC4 as the replacement for the UZC3 for a 2 zone system. There is a large difference on costs. Is the NCM300 as robust as the UZC3 or is my dealer short changing me?
I paid full price for the UZC3.

You have not been short changed. Because the UZC-3C is an obsolete control, the NCM-300 was selected as a replacement because it is the best fit for your application. Your dealer will only be receiving credit for the NCM-300, not the UZC-3C.
