Are your dampers round or rectangular?

I have the same problem with rectangular dampers. Another post has an explanation that I cannot follow. Very noisy opening and closing since install a month ago.

The problem is more than likely the motors back plate rubbing up against the end of one of the damper blade as they move.
You can fix this by loosening the anti-rotation nut that holds the motor to the damper.
I will attach a drawing depicting which nut you will want to loosen.
If you loosen it 3/4 to a full turn that should alleviate any noise issues you are hearing.

I have done as instructed on all the assemblies with no reduction in noise. Not sure what to do next.

My next suggestion would be to loosen the two 5/16 hex nuts that hold the "U Shaped Bolt" to the shaft of the damper.
Move the motor away from the damper and re-tighten the nuts.
Can you tell where the noise is coming from?

I have done that and still with the same noise. I took entire actuator of and activated it. It seems to be coming directly from the motor. When I press the release button and rotate it there is no noise. What should I do from here,

If it is the motor actuator itself that is making the noise then the motor would need to be replaced.
Our motors have a five year warranty from the day of install.
Do you know approximately when the motors were installed?

About 4 years ago. How do I go about exchanging one to see if that will fix the problem. I can't imagine that all three are faulty.
