 Post subject: URD-8" NO COOLING

i AM TROUBLE SHOOTING A URD 8" AND USING THE WIRING DIAGRAM THAT CAME WITH THE DAMPER. THE HEATING WORKS CORRECTLY EVERY TIME, BUT I CAN'T GET THE COOLING TO MOVE THE DAMPER WHEN THE MANUAL THERMOSTAT IS SWITCHED TO COOLING, EVEN AFTER THE WAITING PERIOD OF 5 MINUTES. IS THERE A FIX TO THIS ISSUE? :roll: :I CHANGED TO A DIFFERENT MANUAL STAT AND IT NOW WORKS FOR BOTH A/C AND HEAT.

Do you have a jumper on the thermostat between W and Y?
Is the thermostat that this setup works properly with the same thermostat as the previous?
If not what are the differences? What are the model numbers?
