I am considering installing a Goodman Comfortnet AC/HP/Gas dual fuel system. After new system proves OK, plan to install UT-3000 with 3 zones. Will White-Rodgers thermostat 1F98-1491 communicate with UT-3000? Will it communicate with ComfortNet? Will the dehumidify function work OK with UT-3000? It appears that the 1F98-1491 (part of 1F98EZ-1421 kit) is cheapest communicating thermostat out there. Thanks for providing forum....

Sir,
As far as I know the 1F98 does not work with the UT-3000.
I am only saying this because we have not tested it here in the lab on out product.
Also, Emerson has not given us conformation that that thermostat will work with communicating equipment
I know the 1F99 will work with the UT-3000, however that thermostat is only OEM'd to Goodman and Rheem.
