Hello, we've been tasked with completing the electrical/control part of an installation where homeowner has 5 zone system and is using 3000 panel.

So first things first:

Current equipment already installed:
1. 3.5ton combo unit for forced AC/heat. (standard single stage AC & heat with fan)
2. Endurance Laars boiler (standard 24VAC trigger)
3. 5x 24VAC NC Radiant Heat Zone valves
4. 5x 7 wire T-Stats (HAI 2000). Getting info from MFG on proper programming of T-Stats.
5. 5x 24VAC NO Dampers
6. BMPlus 3000 unit installed. (We're trying to locate XM2 module to make up the 2 missing zones).

Current status/next steps: Combo unit's AC & forced heat is already working for the first 3 zones. Once XM2 module is located and installed, the other 2 zones can be brought online with out much trouble. 3 of 5 zone dampers operational.

Help needed with this goal in mind:
1. AC operational using 3000/5000 board as is. One stage only. No help needed.
2. Heat. 1st stage to come from radiant heat. Change from the way its wired now. Each of the T-Stat zones to trip radiant zone valve AND trip boiler to fire up (boiler will in turn start-up circulating pump).
3. Time based, or temp delta trigger to start (2nd stage?) forced air if temp isn't being made up fast enough or if time while running or temp delta exceeds certain parameters. This might be more a function of T-Stat (home automation logic) than this board.
How do I mix the two separate systems and make radiant heat the first stage of heat zone and only use forced air heat as makeup system/emergency recovery/backup stage?
