2nd Honeywell RTH6580 with ST-2E

I installed the first wifi 6580 and it worked great for controlling temperature in one zone. In another zone I installed a 2nd 6580 and it does not work. I can hear the thermostat switch in this second unit but it does not turn the heat on. Should it work?

As long a the thermostat in zone 1 has a separate o and b terminal than those thermostats should work, if not than it is not compatible with that particular panel in zone 1 only.
