After 7 years of operation (with yearly maintenance) my S220 foams up to the point of over flowing. Any suggestions?
Thanks

When you say overflow, do you mean water is flowing out of the over-flow outlet or over the top of the tank?
Did you or a contractor perform the yearly maintenance and what did that entail?
Has the water level probe ever been replaced?
Also, is the unit feed with city or well water? Do you have any type of water treatment such as a filtration system or a water softener?

Thanks for your reply Eric
Water/foam is overflowing the top of the tank
All these years I did the cleaning with vinegar
The level probe is clean and original length. Was replaced 2 years ago
I am using city water, no treatment or filter system.
Could i use a de-foamer like it is used for hot tubs?

Erhard,

Could you contact us at the number below, 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri Eastern. Ask for John Brown, he would like to speak with you and discuss your application in greater detail.

Eric
