Are this dampers compatible with Carrier Comfort II?

Our dampers used with the MA-15s motor actuator will work with the Carrier Zoning systems.

is that the URD-LM24 models?

No, it would be the URD-MA15s model for round duct or the ND-MA15s for rectangular duct.
