I’m having similar issues with with my NCM300. My controller is showing a continuous call for heat (W1) even after reaching set temp on stats.
I was told the likely cause would be faulty relay as resetting the controller would cancel the call for heat. However, I’ve just installed a brand new controller and am experiencing the same issue.
Could this be a wiring issue ?
