UltraZone BMP Plus300 rev B Ecobee Premium

I have an UltraZone BMP Plus300 rev B coupled with two zones and a Waterfurnace series 5 ground source heat pump.When the ecobee is installed the heat is not trigger on and the AC seems to be activated. When set to AUX the heat does appear to be working.
