DYIer - Upgrading from BMPlus 3000 rev b to BMPlus-3z

DYIer doing his best to replace my (apparently discontinued) BMPlus 3000 board that is failing to properly zone heating.

The wiring seems fairly straightforward (annotate where wires go, move them over to the same place on the new board.

Where I’m running into issues, is that I have no idea where I would find a lot of the settings that you can configure via the LCD display in the BMPlus-3z. Some of them look like they would convey the setting from the switches on the BMPlus 3000 board, but some of the other settings I’m not seeing anything.

Are there any guides showing where I can find those settings on the BMPlus 3000 board so that I can convey them over to the new BMPlus-3z board?

BMPlus-3z is the same as the BMPlus-3000 Instead of the Dip Switches now you will set your settings by pressing the 4 buttons in the middle of the screen.

I’m looking over the manual and I got to step 9 of trying to transfer settings and got lost. For example I don’t know if I need to configure S1/S2, W2/Y2 staging logic, zone weight, as I’m not seeing these pre-existing settings.

Set your BMPlu-3z for staging just like the old BMPLus-3000 do not set it for weighting.
