Hello,
I have a pair of motorized dampers in my home’s ducting that need their motors replaced. I haven’t been able to identify the motor model number.
I’ve attached an image of the damper motor. If possible, could a technician please let me know if there is a newer model that I could use to replace it with?
Thank you so much.

Re: Damper Motor Model and Replacement
That is a model "MAN" (which stood for: motor actuator new). Those dampers are ancient. I'd be prone to say decades old. They are obsolete and haven't been made for years. You can try hunting online to see if anyone still stocks them. There is no direct replacement for the damper, either. The current dampers are wider so the duct opening would have to be increased.
The only one I see online is priced over $400 for an item that originally listed for a little over $100. I'd recommend replacing the dampers. If you do it yourself I'd call EWC Controls first and see if the wiring is compatible with the unit you wish to replace it with. Tell them you're replacing an obsolete damper that had an MAN motor.
