ST-2E to NMC-300 Wiring

I am preparing for a conversion from ST-2E to NMC-300 board and I have a question about Zone 2 wiring. As shown in the attached picture, Zone 2 currently wired with 3 wires (W/Y/R). The conversion documents says if I have 4 wires connect to 4th wire to C and the G wire is not needed. I have 5 wires should I connect G to the board and thermostat or should i leave it disconnected?

I will be connecting to Sensi Touch 2 thermostat if that matters

If you have 5 wires then "Yes" I would wire up the "G" (GREEN) wire to the "G" terminals on the Zone board and the Stat.
